Things sometimes move slowly.  Li Daobing just got an account on the 
TP machine yesterday.  He intends to manage the iso_* domains.

If Daobing is fine with that, we will do so.  But him and me being 
in very different timezones, the discussion can take a while.  Give 
it a few more days, then we'll let you know.

If Daobing handles those domains, I have no problem with them 
staying at the TP and with all kinds of exceptions for them.
