[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Is isoquery ready for use?

Well, I should move my ass and change the debian/mktemplates files for
geneweb to make it use isoquery.

I'm not fond of breaking the build system of that very stable package
right now, of course, but doing that after lenny release seems to be
worth it.
