please update iso_3166 to version 3.0.

you can find the tarball in

or ftp://pkg-isocodes.alioth.debian.org/pub/pkg-isocodes/iso-codes-3.0.tar.bz2

please also upgrade iso_15924, iso_3166_2, iso_4217, iso_639 to
version 3.0. should I send another mail for each domain?
