This is fuzzy matching. If msgid A is "close enough" from
msgid B, which is translated (and not fuzzy) and msgstr A does not
exist, then msgstr B is put into msgstr A and marked fuzzy.

This allows pre-filling new strings with "close enough" translations,
which is sometimes practical for translators.

In our iso-codes strings, that sometimes gives strange results because
our strings are very short and therefore "close enough" sometimes
matches things that aren't related at all.

This does not really harm as fuzzy matched strings are marked fuzzy
anyway.

I recommend *not* touching the files.

In general, I recommend never ever changing *translations* even if
things look weird to us.

That does not really harm, but in application of the principle
'Thou shalt never change msgstr", you shouldn't have.
