[Pkg-isocodes-devel] iso-codes licensing

oops, sorry for the delay.

My aim in making the data LGPL was to make it as widely available as  
possible, but without the forking into
obsolete versions that can happen with the BSD license (eg. when  
someone like MS pulls it deep into their devices, and
it can't be updated.)

The iso-codes tools, on the other hand, I prefer GPL in general for  
code.
