Hello everybody,

I'm the official coordinator for Ubuntu, GNOME and KDE translations into Occitan. I'd like to have that file uploaded.
The current iso codes Occitan translation is awful, with a full of mistake (I heavily suspect an automatic translation)
so I'd like with this enclosed file to correct it.
