[Pkg-isocodes-devel] New Russian PO file for 'iso_15924' (version 3.10.2)

Hello,

both of you are submitting Russian translation of iso-codes. Pavel
submitting through TP, and Yuri submit through debian bugs or other
methods.

in order to avoid duplicated work, can you have a talk then choose
only one way to submit the translation?

if you choose do not use TP, I'll mark russian as external in TP.
if you choose TP, please always submit through TP.
