And now I can see why I failed to do so before:
I searched the project with 'iso-codes' keyword:

  https://alioth.debian.org/search/?type_of_search=soft&group_id=30316&atid=0&forum_id=0&group_project_id=0&words=iso-codes&Search=Search

and it brought me here:

  https://alioth.debian.org/projects/pkg-iso-codes/

(with excessive hyphen in the URL).
Somewhat outdated index?
