This is still somehting that's not perfect in Pootle. Changes made in
Pootle currently do not modify the "Last-Translator" field of the PO
file. That still doesn't mean that anonymous edits *will* happen as it
is up to each project coordinator in Pootle to grant rights for other
Pootle users to change translations.

Currently, in our Pootle, for the "di" project (for which the iso-3166
translators of iso-codes are presented), I manage the autorisations
and I can delegate to D-I translators the right to manage
autorisations for their language. This has been done for a few
languages, but not that many.
