[Pkg-isocodes-devel] iso_3166_2.xml out of date

Hi

I noticed that your code list for ISO 3166-2 is out of date
(iso_3166/iso_3166_2/iso_3166_2.xml). I suggest updating with ISO
3166-2:2007.

For example, all the codes for Denmark are incorrect. They were
obsoleted in 2007 by the 5 new Danish regions:-

DK-81 Nordjylland (North Jutland)
DK-82 Midtjylland (Central Jutland)
DK-83 Syddanmark (South Denmark)
DK-84 Hovedstaden (Capital)
DK-85 Sjælland (Zealand)
