[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Moving iso-3166-2 and iso-639-3 one level up

Hi all,

I intend to move the directories iso_3166_2 and iso_639_3 one level up,
i.e. into the same level as all other iso_* directories. I think that
those standards are an entity on their own, and therefore don't need to
be in a subdirectory any longer.

Please note that this only affects the git repository and the tarball;
nothing will change with regard to the installation or the Debian
package.

Please speak up if this should not be done.
