Summary: broken translations committed to Marathi language
Part: ISO 639

Initial Comment:
When I looked into gdm language selection dialog box where language translations are coming from iso-codes-3.7, I found them broken. Characters were added like U0974,U0956.

Please correct those strings in mr.po

Hi,

I'd like to ask about the status of the Marathi translator's offer. Is he still interested in translating iso-codes into Marathi and correcting the wrong entries?

Regards,
Tobias

Thanks for replies. But I am not translator so I cannot fix mr.po myself.
I have contacted one Marathi Translator who is willing to do translations but as he is on vacation now he will take around one month to finish new mr.po

If you want to help out with the Marathi translation, you can download the current file here:
<http://git.debian.org/?p=iso-codes/iso-codes.git;a=blob_plain;f=iso_639/mr.po;hb=HEAD>

When you're ready, just send the file to us or file a bug report with an attachment (either here or in the Debian BTS). We're looking forward to your contribution!

Regards,
Tobias
