[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Changes to ISO-639-3 and ISO-3166

My automated survey scripts detected changes to ISO-639-3 (these are
fairly common and I don't announce them when I update our package) and
ISO-3166. That last one is less common (the last change happened in
May 2009).

This is a change in name for "SH" which is now "Saint
Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha" instead of just "Saint
Helena".

Very careful readers will also notice that Inaccessible Island is now
also covered by SH.

Interesting places, these islands...Tristan Da Cunha being known as
the most remote inhabited place in the world with about 250 people
living 2430km away from the closest land (Saint Helena) or continent
(2800 km from South Africa). Isolated, isn't it?

These changes are pending in my git copy. I'll sync them ASAP when my
laptop is online on the Internet.
