A bug was opened against Ubuntu concerning the translation of the
Turkish city of Hakkari. Could you take a look at the bug?

I've found the city's homepage and I think that the submitter is
correct.
http://www.hakkari.gov.tr/Default.asp (wikipedia has the incorrect
spelling as well).
