I noticed a few typoes in some of the state codes for GB, IT, MA, SE, SK.

A patch to correct them is attached.

Thanks for your help spotting such errors. Fixes have been committed (and attributed to you, Daniel). Feel free to spot any other error in these giant list, which are managed...by hand....and thus error-prone, as the ISO-3166 MA doesn't provide with free lists
