We have CF-VR for Vakaga while wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2:CF) and Newsletter II-2 from ISO (http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_3166-2_newsletter_ii-2_2010-06-30.pdf) have CF-VK for Vakaga.
