Initial Comment:
ZA-GT and ZA-NL codes have been replaced with ZA-GP / ZA-ZN [1].
TV-NIU has been replaced with TV-NUI [2].
KE-900 has been replaced with KE-800 [3].
CD-HC, BW-NG and AZ-DAV should be deleted [4] [5] [6].
