Hello,

when I merge your translation, I found that it's almost as same as the
file in our git repo (except the timestamp).

we published a new version of iso-codes to translationproject (almost)
every month, but only some of the iso_* po files has new untranslated
message. in order to reduce our work (all updated need merge by hand),
if you have no translated message need update, please don't send your
po to translationproject.

thanks.
