msgid "Russian Federation"

I would think it should be

#. name for RUS
msgid "Russia"

#. official name for RUS
msgid "Russian Federation"

Message:
The standard has "Russian Federation" for both fields. So, here again, we're following the standard. It seems that, indeed, "Russia" doesn't want to be called "Russia" alone
