[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Consistent use of semicolon

Hi all,

Sometimes names have multiple (alternatives) and these are strung
together with a semicolon ';'. Most of the time the semicolon is
followed by a space.

In the .pot files this is 63 of the 83 places where a semicolon is used.
In the .po files this is 1784 times of the 1910 places.

My question is if we should refactor all files and scripts so that
whenever a semicolon is used in a name it is always followed by a space?

Fixing this makes it more robust for downstream users (software
developers) to split these names always successfully correctly on '; '.
