Initial Comment:
Russians never say 'Русский рубль', they say 'Российский рубль'. 'Русский' refers to the ethnic, 'Российский' refers to the state.

I've check Russian translation of ISO 4217 using official All-Russian Classifier of Currencies (available in Russian at http://base.consultant.ru/cons/cgi/online.cgi?req=doc;base=LAW;n=143238 ).

Suggested patch is attached.

I submitted most of your changed to translationproject.org DB.
It should be pulled to iso-codes on next update.

I changed few item (EEK -- Estonian kroon instead of just Kroon) to avoid confusion.
