As $SUBJECT states, in iso_3166-2 instead of "Vizcayaa / Bizkaia" we should have "Vizcaya / Bizkaia".

Hi,

thanks for this bug report. I've now changed it to "Bizkaia", as this is the official name according to ISO.org.
