Initial Comment:
Following issue #315432, I think we should be consistent and the same way we just left Bizkaia as it is the official name, we should use only the official name in other cases. Post probably:

Navarra / Nafarroa
Navarra, Comunidad Foral de / Nafarroako Foru Komunitatea
País Vasco / Euskal Herria
Guipúzcoa / Gipuzkoa
Valencia / València
Valenciana, Comunidad / Valenciana, Comunitat

By the way, the first text (the part before "/" is the term in Spanish, so it would probably be worth using it as the translation in es_ES.po. If so, we should remember to apply the same for the text in #315432.

Thanks a lot for the follow-up. However, this time I've only changed Gipuzkoa, because that's the only official name for the province. All other names that you've mentioned have both a Spanish and a Basque official name, according to ISO, so I decided to still include those.
