[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Proposal: Add "Vietnam" as common name to Viet Nam

Hello,

I just spent some time trying to find out why "Vietnam" was not anywhere in
the database until I found out that officially the country name is
standardized (in ISO 3166) to be "Viet Nam".

I've seen in the Change Log that you would add "Common Names" to some
countries to make it easier to work with the data.

Could we add a the Common Name "Vietnam" to Viet Nam?
