[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Adding country code

Hi,
I'm currently using pycountry module im my application and I stumbled
across a few country code that are missing.
I wonder if you will consider adding them to  iso3166-1.json.
Some of them aren't really countries but some geo ip services will provide
this data in some cases.
