Package: j2sdk1.4
Version: 1.4.2.01-1
Severity: important

If you tell debconf you don't agree with the Sun's license, the package
correctly does not install. However, there is no way to change your
answer. You can't use dpkg-reconfigure because it's not installed yet
and debconf doesn't reask you the question.

I had to manually use debconf-set-selections to agree to the license in
order to install.
