Log:
Documentation update. 
Removing README.Debian:
  * it is overwritten by jed-common.README.Debian
  * it only contains remarks about the experimental nature of 0.99.17
    (rather belonging into the Debian changelog)
I plan to rename jed-common.README.Debian to README.Debian in order to
stress its validity for jed, jed-common and xjed
