    Use the new install_data target
    
    Upstream added a new target install_data for use to install only the
    non‐binary files. This is used by the jed-common package.

    Remove obsolate removal of empty directory JED_ROOT/bin
    
    Upstream reworked his install procedure to not install the directory if
    it ends up empty.

    Remove mangling of DL_LIB
    
    Upstream cleaned up the library detection for dlopen which removes the
    need to reset DL_LIB to remove the unneeded dependency of the ELF file on
    libdl.
