    watch: Remove the Debian version mangling for dfsg
    
    Now, as the upstream source is dfsg free, we have dropped this extention
    from the Debian version and hence we need not to mangle the Debian
    version for the uscan watch.
    
    The commit reverts commit c2500946a6dbca14ca64d616641ee0e8c65d2e1b.
