    Remove debian/info-dir
    
    This file was added in commit ac9cc17864e7e1fa22f4ed90731eb35d11832eb4 to
    add missing informations to the info pages. Because this version uses the
    info pages from upstream and hence the code to use this file was not
    merged in the current branch from the master branch, this file is
    useless.
