Home-lib has no dependencies beyond the standard distribution.

Make_ini can duplicate the needed functions in order to remove the
dependencies. I will do this changes if we agree to bundle it with
jed-common. (The duplicate code will not hurt in daily use, as make_ini
is rather seldom needed.)

tm.sl is an option but no requirement. I'd keep this in jed-extra.

Of course we have to test for other dependencies.
