This is not possible, because libxft-dev depends on libfreetype and
libxft-dev includes a file we need to build.

The policy says a package need not depend on a package a depeneded
package depends on.

I think, we need not depend on libfreetype6-dev, because we don't need it
directly and it comes with libxft-dev.
