We should only depend on perl-base which includes the perl command not on
perl.

Does anyone know, where this verions come from? Can we remove it. I think
it is superfluous to postulate a version 5.0 when the default version is
5.8.

What about libslang2? The official release of slang2 is >=3D 2. So we don't
need to force it to be > 1.99.
