This is taking time.  Considering that the task consists essentially in
typing three commands (svnadmin create, chown, and chmod) and that the
Alioth sys admins must have a script to make the creation automatic, I
think that something wrong must be happening.

I see in the Tracker:

that there are requests for creation of SVN repositories older than ours.
If nothing happens in one week or so I will directly contact some of the
Alioth admin people.
