[Pkg-jed-devel] SVN repo set up, project kicked off

It took long, but the SVN repository for the DJG was finally set up.  I
already committed the current versions of the jed and jed-extra packages.  I
am currently working in a new overhauled version of jed extra.  There is
also a Guidelines document in the www area.  The summary of everything that
has been done is to be found at:

    http://pkg-jed.alioth.debian.org/

Let us get the ball rolling now!
