jed-extra: apsconf.example to /usr/share/doc?

Installation is irrelevant for a package.

There is nothing said about apsconf.example.

Which function?

What about the files in /usr/share/jed/site-lib/txt/? Can they go to
/usr/share/doc/jed-extra/?
