Noise in the pkg-jed-devel mailing list

I apologize for the extra noise in the pkg-jed-devel mailing list
generated by the slirp, tess, slcfitsio and slgtk packages, which have
been processed by ftp-master.  They were originally uploaded with the
maintainer set to pkg-jed-devel, but I already changed the maintainer of
all them to pkg-jed-sl-modules.
