Bug#381163: jed-common: please consider adding Jed Intrinsic Function Reference Manual to package

As far as I could see, these are the same informations as you can find in
/usr/share/doc/jed/hlp/* and /usr/share/doc/libslang2/sl*

You can access them directly from jed with ^Hf for functions or ^Hv for
variables and if you don't know which function you search, you can use ^Ha.

So what should we do? I'm not really be inclined to add the HTML pages
from the URL above to the package.
