Why? What should we do when the title of the webpage change? And the date
on this pages suggests it is really orphaned.

This is not possible, because the hlp files have a special structure
that must be preserved.

Where is the problem in looking at the menu “Help”? Or at
/usr/share/doc/jed-common/?
