changelog policy change request

Hello G.,

sorry for the long delay. I had many many trouble since beginning october
and on christmas I moved back home which made the situation not much
better. But with the new year (BTW: a happy new year for everbody) I will
try to have more time for JED.

Today I began to read the more than 100 emails arrived since I was
offline.

I would prefer your new version (* something new [XY, AB]). I've seen the
problem in one of our changelogs, but I haven't thought about it.
