jed with API version in package name

Hi,

I asked on debian-devel about the usage of the conflict field and got the
answer to fix this problem in jed-extra, e.g. not set the conflict field
in jed or xjed, and the other suggestion to introduce pseudo names with
the api version.

jed: Provides: jed-slang-2
jed-extra: Depends: jed-slang-2

I think this is a really interesting idea, but I don't think we get a
great benefit from it. I think the next big SLang version jump happens in
5 years. I wouldn't do it. What do you think?

Have a nice Friday, Jörg.
