Possible incompatibility between jed-extra-0.1.8 and jed-0.99.17 (fwd)

Hi Rafael,

I have indirect evidence (via ubuntu where their jed editor has been at
least partially taken from the Debian experimental package for jed-0.99.17)
that jed-extra-0.1.8 may not be compatible with the Debian
experimental/ubuntu packaging of jed-0.99.17. One possibility is Ubuntu have
screwed up, but jed is part of the Ubuntu universe where the packaging is
normally simply copied from Debian so I suspect the trouble may lie with the
Debian packaging of jed-0.99.17.
