Bug#440262: jed-extra: newsflash.sl requires inexistent modules expat and sqlite

The newsflash.sl script requires the expat and sqlite modules, which do not
exist in Debian.  We should either remove newsflash from jed-extra or
package the expat and sqlite modules for Debian.
