I will take a look at packaging slwildcard, slexpat, and slsqlite. Some
comments, intended to Paul:

1) It would be good if the slwidcard tarball contained the version number in
   its name.  I assume that its version is 1.4, as in the Id tag in
   wildcard.c.  Is this correct?

2) All the three packages lack a clear copyright statement.  The terms is
   *.c would be enough, but copyright notices are lacking in the *.sl (and
   others) files.  This could be fixed by adding a COPYING file to the
   tarballs. 

At any rate: should I upload jed-extra 2.4-2?
