Bug#434383: jed: dabbrev doesn't work with UTF-8

Hi,

in an UTF‐8 environment the dabbrev function doesn't complete the words
with non‐ascii characters correctly.

Example:
Brücke
Br<ESC />   --> Brücke
Brüc<ESC /> --> Brüccke
