Bad experimental version

Hi,

the version in experimental is a prerelease, but a comming 0.99.19-1 will
not be greater than the current version.

dpkg --compare-versions 0.99.19-1 \> 0.99.19.svn.60-1 ; echo $?
1

I think it's not a big problem, because it's experimental—everything can
happen their. But the next prerelease must get the name 0.99.19~preXY-1
