Agreed as well. What we should do, though, is looking carefully at the
newest changelog entry before uploading. 

* Entries (or part of entries) that were there for the developers (or
  packers) interest but are not informative for the user should be
  removed or shortened at this point. 
  
* Sequential changes of one feature between 2 uploads should be merged
  into one topic.
