For all practical concerns, a bug tagged "fixed in testing/unstable" is
equivalent to a closed bug.  So, what you are proposing is actually to close
both bug reports when libsalng2 2.0.7 reaches testing.  Note that the
libslang2 maintainer may decide to close Bug#425424 before that.
