Thanks for making the changes in the Guidelines, they were needed.  Just
three comments:

This is not accurate.  Actually, the name in the trailer line should be that
of the person who prepared the corresponding release.  The person who does
the upload can be another one (like in the case of sponsored pacakges).

(I know, you did not change the sentence above, it was already there.)

I think we can drop the paragraph above.  It was only relevant in the time
when I thought that putting a mailing list address in the trailer line was
okay.

Otherwise, I guess you know that you can update the web site yourself, don't
you?  Just type "make" in the www/ directory.  Could you please address the
points above, commit the changes, and update the web site?
