I have not seen a 2.4.1 tarball at the download area at SF, but 2.4.2 is
available. I fixed debian/changelog accordingly and also fixed a permission
problem with tm.sed.  Should the version currently in SVN (r919) be
uploaded? I really wish that the new aspell_add_dictionary stuff goes in.
